We had a good tip off that it was an inside job and our sources were right! We picked an neutral school yard in Oceanside as the meeting place and sent in our hired muscle, Odyle and Goon #1 to get the horns back. Check the video for the culprit. Lucky or unlucky for him, the reward is a pair of shoes.
